Pepe´s face says it all: thanks to Plan Ceibal, Uruguay´s unique 1:1 OLPC program which handed out 400,000 free laptops to ALL primary school children and their teachers in a bit over 2 years, he accesses a world which helps him to build knowledge. 400,000 on-line kids aged 6-12 are a huge - the largest?- research field.
